Less Government in California

Yeah, you read that title right. Governor Schwarzenegger abolished funding for the Consumer Power and Conservation Financing Authority, which was created after the blackouts. This continues the sort of love-hate relationship I have with the Governor, sometimes he does some good as this event shows. On the other hand, he often endorses expensive bond measures which are the anti-thesis of fiscal discipline.
